AcceliCAD is based on the well-known IntelliCAD software but contains features not found in IntelliCAD including:
Quick Dimensioning allows the user to dimension an entire plan or part in one step

Polar Tracking Allows snapping to angles other than 90 degrees and to the intersection of more than one snap angle
Floating prompt menus Command options stay at your cursor where you can easily select them from a scrollable list
Aerial (Birds-eye) View Provides a movable, scalable window in which the user can zoom and pan over the entire drawing in real-time
Heads-up keyboard entry Enter numbers and characters on screen without typing
Edge panning Pans the drawing when the user moves the cursor near the edge of the screen
Block Navigator Modeless resizable interface for organizing and accessing blocks. Select Plan, Front, Side, or 3D blocks
Bitmap fills Hatch areas using color bitmaps
Entity Information Dialog Provides feedback during drawing of certain entities
